Las pensiones, recompensas y auxilios que por enfermedad u otra causa cualquiera se reconocen por esta Ley a los empleados el ramos Postal o Telegráfico, privan a tales empleados de todo derecho a recibir cualquiera otra pensión o recompensa del tesoro Público, por razón de los servicios prestados a la Nación en dichos ramos.
