ARTICULO 3 º. El Ministro de Justicia distribuirá, mediante resolución, los cargos de los establecimientos de detención, penas y medidas de seguridad de la Dirección General de Prisiones y de las Direcciones Regionales de Medicina Legal, de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio.
