Obligación del Inurbe de promover la aplicación de la reforma urbana. El Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, tendrá un plazo de un año a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto para conformar el grupo interdisciplinario y garantizar la asistencia técnica y el fortalecimiento institucional de los municipios en los aspectos relacionados con la aplicación de la Reforma Urbana.
