º . Modifícase el artículo 9º del Decreto 048 del 15 de enero de 2001, el cual quedará así: Artículo 9º . Régimen de transición . Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales que no cuenten con un Plan de Gestión Ambiental Regional vigente a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto, tendrán un plazo máximo para su aprobación por parte del Consejo Directivo hasta el 30 de junio de 2002. Las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales que a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto cuenten con el Plan de Gestión Ambiental Regional vigente, deberán introducir los ajustes requeridos según lo establecido en el Decreto 048 del 15 de enero de 2001.
