Subrogado. Nota: De acuerdo con lo consignado en el artículo 2° del Decreto 960 de 2015 el texto anterior entrará a regir una vez entre en vigencia el acto administrativo del que trata el artículo 2.3.8.3.12.

Artículo 2.3.8.2.14. Canal oficial. Los interesados en presentar solicitud para el otorgamiento del subsidio comunitario deberán realizarlo a través del enlace “Ruta Comuniagua”, disponible en la página web del Ministerio de Vivienda, ciudad y Territorio. En caso de falta de conectividad, el gestor comunitario podrá acudir a la Alcaldía municipal o al Plan Departamental de Aguas para recibir apoyo en el diligenciamiento y presentación de la solicitud.
