Registro En El Banco De La Republica

Decreto 2131 de 1991 · por el cual se dictan normas sobre la estructura y funcionamiento de las Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios.

Registro en el Banco de la Republica . La inversión en maquinaria y equipo, aportes en servicios técnicos y activos intangibles, o en moneda legal colombiana solamente requerirá del registro en el Banco de la República.

Parágrafo

El Banco de la República establecerá los requisitos y procedimientos de los respectivos registros, a fin de verificar el valor de la inversión, que ésta constituya un aporte al capital social de la empresa y que esté efectivamente relacionada con la actividad de la sociedad.
