Del gerente: el Gerente de la Corporación es agente del presidente de la República y por lo tanto de su libre nombramiento y remoción.

Parágrafo

Para ser designado gerente de la Corporación se requiere

Ser colombiano.

Poseer título universitario.

Tener experiencia en cargos directivos.
