Artículo tercero. El Comité a que se refiere el artículo anterior se integrará por el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien lo presidirá; por dos miembros designados por el Ministerio de Agricultura en representación de otras entidades del sector oficial que realicen programas de crédito y fomento ganadero: por el Gerente del Banco Ganadero y por dos miembros designados por el Banco, uno de los cuales se nombrará en representación de la Federación Nacional de Ganaderos.
