º El Consejo de Seguridad se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez al mes, y extraordinariamente cuando lo convoque el Presidente de la República o el Ministro de Gobierno. Artículo 3º Las medidas que se requiera adoptar en desarrollo de los ordinales b) y c) del artículo 15 del Decreto extraordinario 3169 de 1968, se presentarán conjuntamente a consideración del Presidente de la República, por los Ministros de Gobierno y Defensa Nacional.
