A las colonias de que trata el Artículo precedente irán todas las mujeres que sean enviadas allí por las autoridades judiciales o de policía, y las mendigas de profesión que se hallen físicamente capacitadas para trabajar y que no sufran enfermedad contagiosa, así como las asiladas que a juicio de las Sindicaturas respectivas se hallen en las mismas condiciones.
