Vencido traslado de que trata el artículo anterior, el Magistrado sustanciador, dentro de los diez días siguientes debe presentar- el respectivo proyecto de sentencia a las demás miembros del Tribunal Militar, el cual tiene, diez días para pronunciar el fallo.
