Los Administradores y demás empleados de que habla el artículo 1º de este Decreto, que no cumplan con los deberes que en él se les imponen, incurrirán en una multa de treinta pesos ($ 30) que les impondrá el Ministerio de Hacienda, la cual ingresará en el Tesoro nacional.
