Art. 31. Los empleados de este Ministerio serán los siguientes y gozarán del sueldo anual que en seguida se expresa:

Sección 1ª (Universidad nacional, auxilios y negocios varios).

Sección 2ª (Instrucción primaria nacional y de los departamentos).

Sección 3ª (Contabilidad, contratos y legalizaciones).
