Art. 47. Los Cajeros, pagadores de establecimientos bancarios ó industriales, y en general, toda persona que al expedir pública ó privadamente cualquier documento ó recibo de los que deben llevar estampilla, omitieren esta formalidad, incurrirán en una multa de cien á mil pesos por cada omisión.

Parágrafo

Esta multa se hará efectiva por cualquiera de los Jefes de las oficinas expendedoras, ya sea por conocimiento personal que tengan del hecho ó por denuncio particular, del cual se cerciorará el empleado á quien se le dé.
