APRECIACION DEL TESTIMONIO. Corresponde al juez apreciar la credibilidad del testimonio, teniendo en cuenta los principios de la sana crítica, especialmente las condiciones del objeto a que se refiere el testimonio, las personales y sociales del testigo, las circunstancias en que haya sido percibido el hecho y en que haya rendido la declaración. Las condiciones y circunstancias que pueden ser conducentes para apreciar la credibilidad del testigo, se harán constar en el acta. CAPITULO VI CONFESION
