Seguimiento al Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo. El CONFIS velará por el cumplimiento del Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo, para lo cual hará un seguimiento detallado de manera que, si hay cambios en las condiciones económicas, recomiende la adopción de las medidas necesarias para propender por el equilibrio macroeconómico. El seguimiento se realizará de manera independiente y detallada de acuerdo con la metodología que para el efecto establezca el CONFIS. (Art.3 Decreto 4730 de 2005)
