°. Normas transitorias. Para dar aplicación a lo previsto en este decreto los agentes de retención aquí señalados, tendrán hasta el 1° de marzo de 2014 para efectuar los cambios tecnológicos a que haya lugar. No obstante lo anterior, los agentes de retención pueden dar aplicación a lo aquí dispuesto antes de que se cumpla dicho plazo.
