El artículo séptimo del Decreto 1465 de 1995, quedará así: Para efectos del cabal cumplimiento de sus funciones, el Director del Programa contará con el apoyo técnico administrativo y financiero de la Oficina del Alto Comisionado para la Paz, de la Consejería Presidencial para la Defensa y Seguridad Nacional, la Red de Solidaridad Social y de las demás entidades comprometidas en el programa.
