Ley 100 de 1959 · Por la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración del cincuentenario de la fundación de Caicedonia

Autorízase ampliamente al Organo Ejecutivo del Poder Público para hacer los traslados necesarios al cumplimiento de esta Ley, dentro del Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1960 y siguientes, hasta completar la suma apropiada en el artículo segundo.

Queda, igualmente, autorizado el Gobierno para garantizar los créditos que el Instituto de Fomento o el Municipio de Caicedonia puedan conseguir con instituciones bancarias, o de cualquiera otro orden, para el fin contemplado en la presente Ley.
