Restitúyese al Municipio de Honda el pleno dominio sobre los terrenos cedidos a la Nación según escrituras públicas números 450 de 1935 y 557 de 1936, otorgadas en la Notaria Publica del mismo lugar, terrenos que fueron cedidos por dicho Municipio a la Nación, con el fin de establecer un aeródromo comercial.

Parágrafo

Esta restitución se hará cuando el Gobierno haya dado al servicio el aeródromo que actualmente se construye en el Municipio de Mariquita.
