º. Reciprocidad en el escalafón con la Rama Judicial. Podrán proveerse empleos de carrera, vacantes definitivamente, sin previa convocatoria de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, con empleados inscritos en el escalafón de la Carrera de la Rama Judicial, mediante traslado, siempre y cuando sean de la misma o inferior categoría, con iguales o similares requisitos.
