Art. 27. Cada Cámara tendrá un primer Secretario y un Secretario Auxiliar, elegidos en votación secreta por mayoría absoluta de votos. Tendrá además un Oficial Mayor, un Oficial 1º, un Cartero y un Portero.

La Cámara del Senado tendrá cuatro escribientes y seis la de Representantes.
