° Cuando los Administradores Principales de Correos y Agentes Postales tengan que retirarse de su oficina para practicar visitas, dejarán encargado de la respectiva Administración Principal o Agencia Postal al señor jefe de la Oficina de Encomiendas del Interior, o a otro empicado de manejo que esté capacitado para reemplazarlo eficazmente durante su ausencia.
