Además de los impuestos que se liquidan ordinariamente a la sociedad o comunidad, ésta deberá pagar un cuarenta por ciento (40%) sobre todas las participaciones correspondientes a los socios o comuneros no identificados, cuando no cumpliere con las formalidades señaladas en el artículo anterior.
