Destinación de fondos. A ninguna parte de los fondos o bienes administrados por el Instituto se les podrá dar destinación distinta de la del cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas al Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario por los Decretos 3116 de 1963 y 2420 de 1968, y los presentes Estatutos.
