La administración pública deberá garantizar los espacios y las instalaciones necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento de sus archivos. En los casos de construcción de edificios públicos, adecuación de espacios, adquisición o arriendo, deberán tenerse en cuenta las especificaciones técnicas existentes sobre áreas de archivos.
