Facúltase al Gobierno Nacional para arbitrar los recursos necesarios para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, a fin de que incluyan en la vigencia presupuestal próxima y en la sucesivas, las partidas necesarias para la fundación, dotación y funcionamiento de la Escuela-Hogar para Campesinas de Sonsón.
