Sobre los costos directos en indirectos de bienes que adquiera el Instituto con destino a los diferentes organismos públicos, la Junta Directiva podrá establecer, hacer efectivo al momento de realizar las ventas un recaudo no mayor del 10 por ciento para constituir reservas especiales o para aumentar su capital del trabajo.
