Article 6
Ley 65 de 1967 · por la cual se reviste al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias para modificar la remuneración y régimen de prestaciones de las Fuerzas Militares, se provee al fortalecimiento de la administración fiscal, se dictan otras disposiciones relacionadas con el mejor aprovechamiento de las partidas presupuestales destinadas a gastos de funcionamiento y se crea una nueva Comisión Constitucional Permanente en las Cámaras Legislativas.
