Articulo 32. Los actos que la Caja ejecute par a el cumplimiento de las funciones administrativas que le confiere la ley, decretos y posteriores acuerdos de la Junta Directiva, son actos administrativos, y como tales, el control de su legalidad corresponderá a la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa de conformidad con lo prescrito en la Ley 167 de. 1941 (Código Contencioso Administrativo) y las disposiciones legales que lo adicionan o reforman.
