Articulo 78. Ningún funcionario o empleado podrá abandonar su puesto mientras no haya tomado posesión de el la persona que deba reemplazarlo, salvo lo que en contrario dispongan la Junta Directiva o el Gerente, según los casos. Cuando venciere el periodo de un funcionario o empleado, sin que se haga el correspondiente nombramiento, se entenderá prorrogado el periodo de tal empleado o funcionario hasta que el nombramiento se efectue.
