En todos los procesos civiles que afecten las Unidades Agrícolas Familiares, los derechos de las empresas comunitarias o los intereses sociales de sus miembros, el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria -INCORA- podrá hacerse parte y los jueces competentes no podrán adelantarlos sin dar aviso previo al INCORA, de lo cual se dejará constancia en el expediente respectivo.
