Art. 2.° El Tesorero general pedirá al Director del Crédito Público los pagarés que necesite para cancelar los créditos tonto en su Oficina como en las Administraciones departamentales de Hacienda nacional, de acuerdo con dicho Decreto, para lo cual hará las correspondientes remesas por correo.
