La presente ley tiene por objeto adoptar medidas, especialmente en materia de financiamiento, tendientes a impulsar la reactivación del sector agropecuario, pesquero, acuícola, forestal y agroindustrial, y fortalecer la Corporación Colombiana de Investigación Agropecuaria (Corpoica).
