Decrétase la cooperación Nacional en cuantía de seis millones de pesos ($6.000.000

00), con destino a la ampliación y terminación del Alcantarillado de las ciudades de Palmira, Buenaventura, Buga, Tuluá, Cartago y Sevilla y de tres millones de pesos ($3.000.000.00)para adelantar los trabajos de alcantarillado y mejoramiento general de las condiciones sanitarias de los barrios obreros de la ciudad de Cali.
