Articulo16. La partida necesaria para darle cumplimiento a la presente Ley se considerara incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia en que, a juicio del Gobierno, este el Tesoro Público en situación de hacer los gastos que en esta Ley se decretan.
