Adiciónase el

Parágrafo 4

al artículo 32 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 así: "

Parágrafo 4

En los casos en los cuales el medicamento homeopático importado simple y complejo no cuente con autorización de comercialización de que trata el numeral 4.1 del numeral 4 del literal a) del presente artículo se aceptará dicho medicamento siempre y cuando, el interesado adjunte la autorización de comercialización del producto emitido por la autoridad sanitaria de alguno de los países de referencia".
