Cuando la Tesorería General necesite documentos de tesorería o de crédito público, debe hacer el pedido a la Sección de Crédito Público, por oficio en que indique la calidad y la cuantía de los documentos que necesite para cualquier momento dada puedan confrotarse los oficios de una y otra oficina y saber si queda saldo para emitir en la Tesorería.
