De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1ª de 1947, el Ministro de Educación Nacional dictará las medidas del caso para organizar y dotar adecuadamente la Colonia Escolar de Vacaciones de Andes. Los gastos que demande esta empresa se financiarán con los recursos del Fondo Escolar Nacional ( Ley 30 de 1944 ).
