Las ligas o asociaciones de radioaficionados de carácter nacional debidamente registradas podrán, por delegación del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, realizar en cada zona los exámenes para cada categoría, en los lugares y fechas que dichas ligas o asociaciones establezcan, por medio de sus oficinas seccionales.

Parágrafo

Dicho examen lo podrá presentar cualquier persona, sea o no afiliada a la liga o asociación que lo realiza.
