º Si simultáneamente se iniciaren investigaciones disciplinarias, por los mismos motivos, por la Policía Nacional y la Procuraduría Delegada, esta última podrá continuarla por sí sola, en cualquier tiempo, siempre que en la actuación de la Policía Nacional el fallo no estuviere ejecutoriado, en todo caso, la Procuraduría Delegada podrá ejercer la facultad de vigilar la actuación en los términos del artículo 23 de la Ley 25 de 1974.
