ACUERDOS O CONVENIOS PROHIBIDOS. Están prohibidos todos los acuerdos o convenios entre Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, entre asociaciones o sociedades científicas, y de profesionales o auxiliares del sector salud, o al interior de cualquiera de los anteriores, que tengan por objeto o efecto impedir, restringir o falsear el juego de la libre competencia dentro del mercado de servicios de salud, o impedir, restringir o interrumpir la prestación de los servicios de salud. La vigilancia de lo aquí previsto estará a cargo de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes.
