Refórmase el Decreto número 1782, de 29 de diciembre de 1923, sobre traslación de partidas de unos artículos del Presupuesto de Guerra a otros del mismo, en el sentido de que la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) que se tomó del capítulo 41, artículo 398 (personal del Ejército), se reemplace por la misma cantidad, la cual se tomará del capítulo 45, artículo 432 (personal y material del cañonero Hércules).
