Artículo segundo. Los exportadores, personas naturales o jurídicas, deberán comprobar ante la respectiva Cámara de Comercio, la procedencia nacional de los productos o mercancías con destino a la exportación, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones fijadas en las citadas Resoluciones de la 2ª Conferencia Ordinaria de las Partes Contratantes del Tratado de Montevideo.
