ARTICULO 371. Circunstancias de agravación punitiva. La pena se aumentará hasta en una tercera parte, si el hecho descrito en el Artículo anterior se cometiere: 1o. Produciendo infección o contagio en plantas o animales. 2o.Empleando sustancias venenosas o corrosivas. 3o. En despoblado o lugar solitario, y 4o. Sobre objetos de interés científico, histórico, asistencial, educativo, cultural o artístico, como laboratorio, archivo, biblioteca, museo, monumento, o sobre bien de uso público o de utilidad social.
