º . Si el concesionario tuviere necesidad de extender líneas o cables por las vías públicas, deberá cumplir las disposiciones de las leyes, decretos, acuerdos, etc., y las providencias de las autoridades sobre la materia, y estará obligado a hacer en las obras establecidas las modificaciones que sean necesarias por motivos de seguridad o interés del tránsito. Para la instalación de micrófonos en lugares distintos del en que se halle instalado el micrófono principal, el concesionario deberá solicitar permiso del Ministerio del ramo cada vez que tenga necesidad de hacer tales instalaciones.
