Funcionario responsable del SECOP por parte de la entidad. El jefe de la entidad usuaria del SECOP determinará un usuario Coordinador SECOP por unidad ejecutora, como enlace oficial entre la entidad y el administrador del Sistema, quien podrá ser funcionario público o contratista. El representante legal de la entidad será responsable de que su Coordinador SECOP cuente con las competencias necesarias para el uso adecuado y eficiente del Sistema. El Coordinador SECOP será responsable de verificar el cumplimiento de Términos y Condiciones de Uso del Sistema al interior de su entidad y de mantener informado al representante legal sobre la gestión administrativa de la entidad en el uso del SECOP.
