Inscripción en el Registro Unico de Población Desplazada. En caso de proceder la inscripción en el Registro Unico, se entenderá surtida la notificación del acto de registro de la condición de desplazado, en la fecha en que se hubiere inscrito, al tenor del artículo 44 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. De tal decisión se dará aviso al interesado.
