Art. 6,° El Gobierno adoptará para sus Establecimientos los textos premiados con excelencia en la Exposición. Adoptará también y recomendará los objetos de material escolar qué se hallaren en el mismo caso; de modo que este ramo de la industria nacional logre eficaz protección y desarrollo.
