El artículo 35 del decreto 1046 de 1978 quedara así: De la cuantía de la bonificación por servicios prestados . La bonificación por servicios prestados será equivalente al veinticinco por Ciento (25%) de la asignación básica que señale la ley para el cargo Que ocupa el funcionario en la fecha en que se cause el desarrollo a Percibirla del valor conjunto de la asignación básica y de dichos Incrementos.
